Charging Ground Rent Ground Rent Out Of Business?

Ground rent out of business? - charging ground rent

I'm trying to understand what to do if the company uses to collect the rent on the ground, left the company. I was afraid that it will affect my chances for the sale of the house

Hello Witney. I assume you are in the UK and are running a rental property with a decent time to access the lease.

If so, do not worry. The assets of the company was eventually sold. At that time the interest is in selling (leased or owned) a change of ownership recorded in the registry, you can check online for a small fee. You must give a warning.

If for any reason this can occur, you are buying for a small fee, insurance that covers you against claims. Your lawyer will do for you if you're only selling the house.

In fact, the law changed several years ago as a house, if it is a small ground rent, the lease does not get lost (when) your concerns, which were issued without sufficient demand from the rental of land, and the court (hard to find) - and can take up 6 years worth of arrears demanded.

As the previous posters, records to verify the country before the court. If they have the same company, then with the state agency that registers companies. Rent, the records show that the registered agent. This is the person to draw on your question.

Who are you then pay rent? Someone has to own land - to seek the district court
